Cancellation Policy

Between the time you book your reservation and 61 days prior to your arrival date, there is a fee of 8% or $100.00 (whichever is greater) for any cancellation or reservation change.

Your reservation is nonrefundable, changeable, or transferable within 60 days of arrival, or if you cancel it within 60 days prior to your arrival date.

All holiday weekends and special events are nonrefundable.

A $100.00 reservation change fee will be incurred for any reservation date changes made after we have received your initial payment as long as a given change is made at least 61 days prior to your arrival date.

If necessary, we reserve the right to move your reservation to a villa of comparable size.
