The newest addition to our portfolio of Hamilton Cove Villas is 64 Gaviota. Recently remodeled and
highly upgraded, this two bedroom, two bath full ocean view Villa sleeps 4 guests comfortably in 1829
square feet, making this our largest two bedroom Villa by far. Guests will enjoy ocean views from every
room, with French doors leading from the living room and both bedrooms to the sunny spacious patio.
Tables and chairs with 3 umbrellas for shade are provided, along with a Weber gas BBQ for your outdoor
enjoyment.
The spacious open kitchen with ocean views, features stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter
space for your prep work. Large separate dining room for those cooler evenings of winter, with plenty of
outside dining, also available for those warm summer evenings. The living room boasts a 65 inch HD TV
and a Bose sound system. This guest bedroom opens to the living room and can be divided using a
sliding mahogany door. This Villa also boasts a large master bedroom with separate office area with a
desk. Plush bedding and another 65 inch HD TV await you in the full ocean view master suite. Large
master bath has a stall shower, separate tub, and double sink vanity. Also, a large walk in closet to put
all your personal belongings away.
This Villa has 5 separate ceiling mounted A/C & heaters mounted in each room for your comfort during
your stay. Complimentary use of tennis rackets, tennis balls, putters and balls are provided for the
complex tennis courts, and 18 hole putting course, A complimentary basketball, volleyball, and a
croquet set are also provided for use. A new 2022 lithium battery electric E-Z- Go golf cart is available
for your complimentary use during your stay.
